It was phone call after phone call, promises made - all broken! Reaching out to the manufacturer (Horow Bath) whose Customer Service line only accepted message (calls returned after midnight!!!!) was not much help either. Turns out that while the model is still being sold, replacement parts are NOT available, which is problematic since they are unique to Horow. Your buying a disposable toilet! Good Luck!

Ok
