Perfect bidet!

Excellent Smart Toilet and Outstanding Customer Service! It has been 3 years since I bought this smart toilet. I’m fully satisfied with my smart toilet purchase! All the features work exactly as described—it’s efficient, user-friendly, and requires very little maintenance. But what truly sets this product apart is the exceptional customer service. The company responds quickly, professionally, and with genuine care. It’s reassuring to know that I’m not just buying a great smart toilet, but one that’s backed by a reliable and responsive team. Highly recommended!

I am thrilled with this purchase! I have always been a Toto fan. I just finished a remodel on my bathroom and friend recommended this bidet and I could not be happier with the appearance and with how it works. Today is only day one but so far thrilled with this purchase!

BEWARE PLASTIC CAPS This is a pretty good electric bidet/toilet. A little fussy with auto seat sometimes closing while still on the throne. Remote works well, dial on side a bit confusing to use. The main drawback is AESTHETIC. Complete MISREP in pics. See my pics to show the two plastic caps, one on each side of toilet base, to cover bolts that secure toilet to ground. Pics on Wayfair do not display this. I attach photos of the caps on my toilet and also from the install instructions. Really ruins the lines, would not have purchased had I known. But too much effort to uninstall, return, etc.

We are sooo excited to try this toilet from Horow!! It is the coolest toilet ever! We probably dont need to buy toilet paper anymore. It washes and dries you and has deodorizer. You dont even have to open and close the lid, it does it for you.
