I am very pleased with the overall look and quality of this vanity; however, my experience with the included hardware was disappointing. The product description indicated that two sets of handles would be included. I specifically selected this vanity because it came with brushed nickel hardware, which I planned to use to coordinate with the other fixtures. Unfortunately, the brushed nickel handles were not included in the shipment. After contacting the manufacturer, I was sent replacement handles—but they were the wrong size and style. The hardware appeared to be previously used, as it had visible rust and white paint on it. I reached out again and was assured that the correct handles would be sent. A few days later, I was informed that the matching handles were not available and was offered a discount so I could purchase replacements on my own. While I appreciate the offer, the included brushed nickel hardware was part of the product description and a key factor in my purchasing decision. Not receiving it—and ultimately having to source my own—was frustrating. That said, I want to commend Wayfair’s customer service team. The representatives I worked with were accommodating, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. Their professionalism made an otherwise frustrating situation much easier to navigate.

The vanities are very good. Exactly as advertised. We are very happy with the product. In the other hand our order of 19 Vanities must have been challenging for Wayfair to deliver as we had our delivery appointment scheduled/cancelled/rescheduled 6 times. It was very frustrating and unbelievable actually. The Wayfair customer service team tried to give me accurate info but were not able to due to their transportation partners for this type of shipment. Eventually the order got split into 3 separate deliveries and all deliveries were well after the expected delivery date which was quite disappointing. As mentioned the Customer service team tried to be as helpful as possible. I spent over 12 hours on the phone with Wayfair over a 3 week period regarding the scheduling/cancellation/rescheduling all by Wayfair. I would get a text with 1 delivery schedule and then 5 minutes later I would receive an email with a different delivery schedule. I would arrange for someone to be at our site to receive the freight and then 24 hours I would get an email that the delivery was cancelled. I would be happy to discuss this case study for delivery improvement with someone on the executive management team.

For the price, the quality is great. Nice finish. Easy install. A lot of storage space and soft close doors are essential for little ones.

Nice vanity, wish it came with a backsplash, nice size for a small size bathroom. Love the black color and nice counter top.
