Unfortunately, the mirrored door arrived shattered. Not sure why the delivery person even bothered to transfer it from the truck to my porch, as it was audibly a box of shards. Within the cardboard shipping box, the packaging was merely a thin sheet of styrofoam placed over the mirrored side of the door. Needless to say, I sent it back and didn’t bother to reorder it. Hopefully, the company has since improved their packaging processes.

Love the door, it is nice and sturdy

Door itself may have been fine had not only half the delivery had been delivered when it was supposed to. All the mounting components came many days later rendering the installation impossible before I needed it installed

I was hoping I would get lucky and get the door with both mirrors intact but unfortunately that was not the case. One of the mirrors was totally shattered. There was hardly any damage to the outside box. The main issue appears to be the packing. There is no Styrofoam padding over the mirror to cushion it. These doors are heavy and large and also the outside of the box is not clearly marked as Fragile Glass or Handle With Care so it's not surprising. I can't believe any of these mirrors actually get to customers unbroken. $1.00 worth of Styrofoam could prevent this. Don't purchase unless you are willing to wait it out and return (probably multiple) broken doors with mirrors. As far as the return process - it's terrible. Website errors out every time I try to finish submitting the claim. Update: Wayfair sends you to the manufacturer for support so they don't even take accountability for the items they sell. Don't buy stuff here.
