La boite était tout brisé ainsi qu'une odeur Insupportable...tout les morceaux sont soit craqués, fendus ,écaillés...

The shelf came with a damaged crown molding part. I can't find a way to request for the damaged part to be replaced.

It’s moves smoothly on the track and works well. I’m super happy with it.

Not too difficult to install, and we are not handy at all. I probably wouldn’t use this in a house with small children - it does seem a little wobbly if you are playing around with it. (I have had to remind my 12 year old and his friends that it isn’t a toy.) Be aware that the clearance needed for the bracket at the top is almost 86”. It just barely fit in our space (lower level of a split-level), and we had to remove a chunk of ceiling trim to make room for the bracket. They sent the version with the crown molding on top instead of the plain version pictured, but I actually like it better with the molding since we had to remove a bit of our existing trim.
