Door measurements are not accurate. Bought two 24"x80" doors, and they're actually 24"x74" causing a huge gap at the floor. Pivot hardware is also an awkward size, and there are large gaps between the door and the frame. Frustrated.

These were put together by our contractor, and he shared they were very difficult to put together and install. Overall I’m pretty happy with them, but one door came damaged twice, so we had a few issues along the way from purchasing to install. They are also not flush with our trim, so the closet trim and door have a gap. Not preferred but it works.

Hello, I Have received the doors they look great but the size is not as per specs. The door is 78x28 rather then 30x80 and had to spend an additional $200.00dollars for wood to fill in the gaps. Plus pay a handyman for the work.please advise your immediate action that will be taken to solve this problem.
