Delivery was much faster than what they initially told me so I was very happy! I have not installed the Humidex yet but this is my 2nd one. The 1st one ran continuously for 15yrs and kept the crawl space from mildewing.

The Humidex system is an initial investment, but based on what I have been told by people who have been installing them for years, they pay for themselves in the low electric usage. They also work really well. Make sure you have makeup air coming into the space.

I have a very damp cellar. This dehumidifier has worked wonders controlling the humidity.

Easy to install and so far has lowered the Humidity in the basement to 70%. We need to finish putting down all the plastic on the dirt crawl space and when that is done the humidity should go down further. Fan is quiet and we have installed the two vents to the first floor.
