Seems to be well made. My project was a remodel. The weight of the pan made for a bit of a struggle. Do to the height, I added an extra 3/4 board to take up some of the space to use less mortar. It came with a 2" drain whichwas a pleasant surprise. I did contact the supplier to get the drain location. See photo. You'll have plenty of time for your rough in waiting for the pan to arrive. I ordered the biscuit color. It's nice, just a little lighter than I thought it would be.
