The faucet, sink, and soap dispenser was an amazing deal. We had to take a little extra time to do the plumbing work, because there wasn’t directions, but worked great!

LOVE the sink. But, there are some issues. First sink I ordered was damaged by FedEx and I refused it and it went back to the shipper. They sent out a new sink and when it came in everything looked good. We cut the countertop and installed it using silicone caulk. Oh, there were no installation instructions so I searched online to get pointers on what to do to get the best results. The drain system is some weird contraption that I do not think will pass any plumbing code in the USA. I did my best to install it so it would work but it does drain slow so I will probably end up replacing it with plumbing that would pass code. After that we filled the basins to help weigh the sink down so it set well into the silicone adhesive. Suddenly we had water dripping under the sink. We found a tiny hole where a small reinforcement tab is welded under the sink. We tried contacting customer service but it was Sunday and all we could do was text with them. We spent hours texting with them trying to get this resolved. They offered to send us a second replacement and have us send back the defective sink. Doing so would jeopardize damaging our brand new countertop and who knows what kind of shape this new one would come in. We finally called the 800 customer service number today and talked to the nicest agent we’ve ever talked to and in less than 10 minutes had the entire situation resolved. Just be warned that if you buy this product, make sure you check it out VERY closely looking for any and all damage and DO NOT INSTALL it until you know are completely happy with it.
