I am overjoyed this replacement unit seems to work! The temperature hasn't soared yet, so I'll wait until it does to give a proper assessment. At first glance of the packaging though, I felt I was getting a working unit. Box was clean and inside was brand new. There were no dents on the uniot like the first one. I plugged it in and it actuall blew air, unlike the first one. So, so far, so good. Thanks to Rashad @ Customer Service for being so decisive in getting the replacement to me so quickly! Cheers.
