Ugly dirty brow splatters all over the tiles. Customer service sucks. Tried to make me pay return shipping. When I returned the they sent them back to me! Will never buy from wayfair again!!

These arrived stained with some copper color that will not come off. The print and color also is very faded and even scratched in most of them. I would absolutely encourage NOT to buy them bc out of five boxes they all are stained. I also know it wasnt something I dropped on them because they stayed in the shipping box which had all sorts of plastic, Styrofoam and cardboard protecting them. It appears to just be a bad product at the end of the day. Unfortunately I took longer than usual to open it bc I had to have two back surgeries so I wasnt able to return them or exchange them.

These tiles have a beautiful design however as pictured in the first picture they are very “rust”ic. I actually bought tile paint and hand painted the tiles that I would be using-2nd tile pictured. The first tile is from the 30 tiles that were broken when I received them. I’m hoping that the rest are enough or I will have to get a border tile to make up the difference.

Nice tiles, but images on site are very misleading. If you are looking for a blue star pattern on a relatively clean white background, move on, this is not for you. The actual tiles look like they have had rust splashed on them to varying degrees. I have included a picture of the tiles installed. We kept the boxes closed until installation. Installation occurred when we were out and the disappointment set in. We would not have put these in otherwise. 3 stars because they are nice tiles, the site is not representative of the actual product.
