Love the shower head overall. The pressure is much better than expected from a “rain” shower style. Buttons are easy to use. I do have a major issue with the durability. I’ve had it for just less than 1 year and I’ve already seen some rust on the shower head and I cannot get the wall plate to look clean. The water spots are impossible to remove even though I’ve cleaned it regularly with the suggested approach in the directions. It looks terrible and I’ve tried everything to clean it. Update on 4/2/2026 - Lowered my rating as the durability continues to be an issue. It's rusting badly and now the diverters are going bad. I may have to rip it out and replace it if we can't find parts. I would never buy this again. I never received this as a free item nor got any incentives for this product or review.
