I replaced my old unit with this one and it does not swivel like advertised. I had plumber take out old one and replace with this one. It still heats water great but I was disappointed description was wrong. Plumber cost enough so I did not want to replace unit and have them come back. I’m stuck with unit that want swivel.

The hot water is great, cold is just lukewarm but it’s great having unlimited filtered water and instant hot water. Had to have plumber install and electrician add an outlet to under the sink, so keep that in mind.
