The instant hot water dispenser is the greatest kitchen invention of the century! However, you should consider two things: 1) you can get a filter so that the hot water is filtered -if you drink filtered water normally, your hot water should also be filtered! 2) if you get a filter, then you might want to get a dispenser that dispenses both hot OR cold. We started off with just hot/no filter. We ended up replacing it with hot AND cold with filter. Best. Kitchen. Addition. Ever.

installed easy, works well. Sprayer nozzle is very cheap plastic. Was surprised because rest of faucet was higher quality

Great quality and perfect size. We placed our hot water dispenser next to our kitchen sink faucet and both fit perfectly.

Instan hot is a fantastic product because not only provides wonderful hot water instantly but looks beautiful. This is my second Instan Hot, the first one I purchased for my prior home and used it for 7 years without any issues. I just moved to a new home and the first thing I did was to buy a new instant hot. I like this model because looks very modern.

I would not be caught dead doing a kitchen reno without one of these. Paint has started to wear over time, but not too hard to touch up.
