Had one at my prior house and could not live without. Moved 8/2021. New house had in-counter soap dispenser which I was all too happy to jettison and use it's 1.25" counter hole for an Insinkerator tap. Bought and installed (easy to do). After 1 year in new home, Insinkerator still working like a charm. Visitors still in wonder how I produce cup of tea or cocoa so fast!

This dispenser did not work with my faucet....Beware it will cost you $180.00 for them to ship it back

Excellent item. Originally signed up for Handy install but they advised i needed an electrician to put in a separate outlet. Went with local elec.plumb and had installed in under an hour. Girlfriend LOVES it so I am happy

I'm replacing an older unit that has expired. There has been a hot water dispenser in our home since we built it in 1983, and we could not get along without it.

Great dispencer and looks awsome.
