This is truly one of my favorite “small appliances.” We have the same model in both of our homes. We have had hot water dispensers next to the kitchen sink for over 20 years and this is my favorite version. More expensive than some but I look at it (and use both hot and cold sides) many many times daily. Heatingpurifying module is a separate purchase.

Love this thing. Dispenser is quick, need to change the filter every 6 months. The filter is a little bit expensive but that seems to be the norm these days. Slight learning curve but great once you get used to it!

BEWARE!!! Package labeling is VERY misleading. Package reads “Hot Water Now”. Small print reads “Includes dispenser only. Tank and filter sold separately.”

Operates perfectly. The cold tap allows you to automatically fill without constant contact. The “hot” feature does require you to keep your hand on the lever (while pushing back) which we consider to be a great safety feature with young kids. I subtracted two stars simply because the price is extremely high for a faucet without the additional heating element.
