HWT-F1000S - Réservoir d'eau chaude et système de filtration HWT-F1000S

We liked our heater a lot. It didn’t get quite as hot as coffee should (200) but worked well for our pour over, tea, oatmeal, etc. for almost 5 years. Then, like others have mentioned, dead. Going in, something to keep in mind.

Another disappointed customer. As stated over and over, this tank will fail in 5-7 years. I am one of those dumb ones that keep buying their tanks hoping it will last more than 5 years. Have purchased this at least three times, and sure enough, the latest one installed lasted on 5 years. I would not recommend Insinkerator hot water dispensers as they will surely leak and damage your cabinet interior.

After reading the other reviews I am feeling good that we got 7 years before it started leaking. But not feeling good about our warped cabinet floor. And to counter their reply ahead of time our water supply to the unit is through a reverse osmosis filtration system. So it's not the damned water quality

I bought and installed this unit November 2017. It has been working perfectly for 7 years. Replacing the filter cartridge is simple and quick! Installation was a bit tricky due to my kitchen sink and cabinet design.

Another (my second) has now failed prematurely. This one lasted all of 3 years 2 months. Verdict: Great convenience, Terrible design. It is unfathomable to me that this well-known brand continues to manufacture a product that fails so oftem (read the reviews...). or maybe they just like using planned obsolescence to prop up sales? If you MUST buy one, invest in the best leak detection system you can afford.... my cabinet is ruined because despite the alarm, we were away when it decided to fail.
