My wife and I use our instant hot water appliance several times a day. We've had a similar product installed in our last three homes so we are pretty familiar with basic concept. The In-Sink-Erator HWT300 seems to be very good quality and, with the exception of our previous one (which failed), we are pleased with the product quality and operation. We have very hard water in our area, and I am attributing the previous failure at least partially, to that fact. I am extraordinarily pleased with In-Sink-Erator's response to my issue and particularly with the free replacement of my failed device. Thanks

We are avid tea drinkers and enjoy over 18 cups per day. The ability to instantly get brew temp quality is truly exceptional.

Performs well with minimal noise. I compost, so don’t stress it out.

I have had 3 hot water tanks over the past 3 years. Each of them has failed prior to end of the warranty. That being said, InSinkErator has been very good at honoring the warranty and has now finally allowed me to upgrade at no cost (I had offered to pay for the difference in the past) to their better unit. So far so good but I will only know for sure if it lasts beyond a year. Luckily this one has a much longer warranty period.
