horrible, horrendous, don't do it. You purchase the unit and then unbeknownst to their retailers, dealers you have to purchase the dispenser. However, none of the colors or styles match my faucet and soap dispenser. Never again. Buy another brand, or you will end up with hodge podge on your countertop

Had one at my previous home and used it often. Liked it so well I had another one installed in my new place. Would recommend them to others.

I ordered this faucet as a part of a kitchen remodel. Upon installation, the faucet began leaking immediately. I contacted Insinkerator and their customer service was wonderful to send me a replacement model as well as to pay for a local plumber to install it. Upon receiving the second unit, it immediately started to leak as soon as it was installed so the plumber unplugged everything. Again, Insinkerator customer service was wonderful and followed through with the plumber's advice to help me upgrade to a model F-H3300 which has an entirely different on/off mechanism. I was sent this new model and again Insinkerator paid for the same plumber to come out to install. The new model is fantastic and has not leaked at all. It took me some time to get this resolved....and a lot of patience....but I have to commend Insinkerator for seeing this through until I got a functioning faucet.

Looks great. Works well. This my second one. Had first one for at least 12 years.

We’ve had a hot water dispenser in our last three houses. I love the simplicity of getting a cup a hot chocolate or instant oatmeal. It’s a luxury.
