absolutely beautiful floating vanity !

I instantly fell in love with this vanity. Unfortunately, when it arrived, it was cracked in three different places. I contacted Wayfair’s customer service, and I was told that I could return it and have a replacement sent. However, the replacement would not arrive for another three weeks, and I already had contractors waiting to install it. Because of the delay, I decided to request a refund and reorder the vanity myself, hoping that I could get an earlier delivery date. However, when I went to reorder it, I noticed that the price had increased significantly, while the delivery date was exactly the same date the customer service representative had originally given me. I called Wayfair back to see if the refund could be reversed so I could keep the original price, but I was told that the refund could not be reversed and that they were unable to offer me any type of discount. I explained that it was not my fault the vanity arrived damaged, so I did not feel it was fair that I should have to pay a higher price simply to receive the same item on the same delivery date. Unfortunately, the representative I spoke with was extremely rude and showed very little understanding or concern for the situation. I have purchased numerous items from Wayfair over the years and the last few months some very expensive purchases, but this experience has completely changed my opinion of the company. After the way this situation was handled, I will not be purchasing from Wayfair again. Very disappointing customer service.

I love this vanity. We got it in England Oak. It's beautiful. I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the countertop. I thought it would be shiny. However, it has a very nice matte finish. Nice!
