First vanity we ordered was delivered with a flaw in the paint/manufacturing problem. After a number of days of calling and emailing we were sent a new one, at no cost to us. Just took a while to resolve it, The reason I am giving 3 stars is that the vanity is not actually black, it is grey. If you want a true black vanity, this is not the one.
