This product looked beautiful and we were excited to install it in our new house. When we actualy went to install it, we found the hose attachement was not properly assembled. The collar for the hand shower hose should have already been installed on the hose as neither end of the hose will pass though the collar. The instructions even show it that way. Our plumber searched high and low for parts to try and make it work and finally gave up. So now it is basically a useless fixture and a loss of several hundred dollars. Due to the constant construction delays of COVID, we are just now finding this out even though ordered this fixture over a year ago. So the return policy is long gone.
