Exactly what I needed it to be. It leaks a bit so maybe more plumbers tape. It says tighten by hand but may need strong hands.

This is a simple,no fuss easy to use and install handheld shower head. It has 6 spray patterns from full to different massages. It is very easy to install,just remove your old one, re-attach the holder and hose to your water source and attach the other end to the shower head. You will have to let the hot water stream thru the hose for a bit to allow it to relax and uncurve and you are set to go. Great for any bath where you want something simple-would even be great in an outdoor shower.
