Super! Merci pour le bon service

Shipped in plastic wrapping with no extra protection. Arrived damaged. Order placed 46. Replacement was to arrive 421. It’s 52 and the replacement doors still haven’t shipped.

The installation parts did not come with the door. It was a very hectic process. Customer Service tried to help the best they could, but it really was a disaster.

I thought the door came with the parts to install. Unfortunately, I did not realize that it was an open package when I bought it. The door is beautiful!!! Very elegant.

36”X 84” 5-Panel White Primed Sliding Barn Door Whit Installation Hardware Ki Very nice door with a beautiful white color, very functional. Note that the packaging is very minimal, so when I ordered it, it arrived broken. However, customer service resolved this immediately by sending a new one, which arrived within a few days. The installation was very easy and the quality is veri high I recommend this door for all my friends
