My doors were just delivered damaged. There’s a hole in one door and cracks in the other door. They are both damaged!!! I need someone to give me a call. ASAP. My contractor is here to put my doors up.

I ordered 5 doors. 2 have still yet to come but should be here soon. I am crossing my fingers they arrive without damage. Be aware the doors come w flimsy cardboard around the edges and sides. The front and back have only plastic protecting them. One come pretty dinged and the 2nd had a small ding. After they initially offered me a 25 refund they shipped one new one. That came and has another small ding. I am disappointed that these doors, are nice did not come better protected

Bought these doors and they could not be trimmed total waste of money

Door is as stated in description so if that is what you need, this door will serve the purpose. The craftsmanship and quality of the door itself is fine. However, doors are shipped in plastic wrapping with cardboard on the ends so they are not well protected in the transit process. We did have one that arrived damaged and had to be replaced.

Easy to hang and was a great price. Delivery was quick as well. They’re super light weight and packaged simple. Purchase two and considering ordering more of the rest of the house.
