The Box was open for the mixing valve. It had been used and the threads on the cold water side could not be used. I had to grind the threads for the copper connection to fit. The box of the mixing valve was water damage and looked it was on the shelf for months

Used this system on an outdoor shower. Very please with the quality of construction.

Lovely shower. One thing to note is that the rain head flow is higher than most newer designs so it is up to the user to be mindful of economizing on water use. The description was missing the rain shower head so it did not match the picture. Wayfair could not guarantee that I would receive the product pictured so I called the Kalia company who were great: guaranteed item as pictured, thanked me for brining error to their attention, and got my Wayfair order to me in 2 days.
