Gorgeous sink. I love it! The picture looks small but the sink is huge. It fit in our old standard sized chrome sink hole. We have so much more room in it now.

I am struggling to find the right words for this review. I am very disappointed and angry right now. The sink itself looked like it would have been beautiful. It was exactly what I wanted, and waited weeks for. Sadly, it arrived broken. To pay the kind of money they ask for this sink and to wait the amount of time it takes for them to slow walk it to you at the cheapest price point possible, only to have it arrive broken beyond belief is a level of disappointing I can’t even begin to describe. I had to cancel a contractor that I had to book months in advance. Hopefully, I don’t lose my deposit. Then to top this already draining day off I had to sit on hold with wayfair and to my shock was then forced to get even more upset when the associate had me jump through hoops to receive a full refund on my hard earned money. This is shocking, eye opening and very frustrating. I thankfully was able to speak with a supervisor who was very polite, supportive and helpful and he resolved this matter quickly. However, the cheap, and ridiculously low budget and don’t give a care approach this company *Karen* took when it came to securing and shipping my overpriced and very delicate sink across North America, was incredibly unprofessional and sloppy. This is not good business, it’s unprofessional and speaks volumes to the level of care and respect this company has for the people supporting them. Let me be clear. The pictures are attached to my review. A little bit of cheap plastic wrapping the sink, I’m talking saran wrap for leftovers quality wrap. 4 small square foam corner *protectors* were all that was used to secure this fragile sink for cross country delivery to a paying customer. I feel insulted and disrespected. Apparently my time, schedule and money aren’t worth anything because if they were I would have received (after nearly 3 weeks) a securely packed sink ready for install and use…you know, what I paid 498.98 for. In conclusion , you really don’t get what you pay for anymore, and NO! I don’t recommend buying from this seller. Paying this
