Can’t wait to have this in my new build. First one I ordered was damaged in shipping but Wayfair took care of it and had a brand new one shipped and to me with in 72 hours. Great sink and great customer service

Wayfair had an $823 Karran sink delivered for a new build, we brought the sink in advance for the contractors. The installer unpacked the sink and discovered that the sink was cracked in all 4 corners, Karran said there was nothing they can do, Wayfair stood behind their policy of 30 days. I think it was 5 weeks, week or two past the 30 days, until we opened the sink. Wayfair kept my money and basically will not stand behind their product. I will be cancelling my account with Wayfair and will never use them again. I dont trust any company that is shown damaged merchandise and says, no longer our problem.
