Wonderfully crafted faucets. I haven’t been able to use mine yet as we are under construction. But they appear to be to quality.

The hot water handles are loose and can’t seem to tighten. I cannot understand why nor could my contractor. I’ve tried to research the company and/or find the assembly instructions online (we are in the middle of a renovation and they’ve disappeared) but to no avail. It’s as if the product has been discontinued or doesn’t exist. I would appreciate a call or email from Wayfair regarding this product.
