The tub was bought for our new house currently being built. We have only opened the packing. The tub was packaged/protected very well. When we opened the box there are no scratches and appears to be well made.

Looks nice. Hopefully no one gets hurt in it. We got this for our basement guest bathroom, mostly for bathing grandbabies. The bottom does not have anti slip grip, as advertised. It's super smooth just like the rest of the tub, it also did not come with an overflow cover. The drain a cheap plastic corrugated pipe, that does not met code. The plummer is installing this week with separately purchased PVC pipes. Hopefully it goes smoothly. Looks nice, but I would probably choose something different if I could have, knowing what I know now.
