The toilet arrived very well packaged, undamaged and was very heavy. Took about 20 minutes to install after removal of the old one. Looks very sleek. Love the chair height seating. A great improvement for our older family members. Uses less water and has a stronger flush cycle. Would highly recommend.

Im waiting on the plumber to unsalted the new toilet. It arrived in perfect condition, and it was very well packed for delivery. I like the style of this two-piece toilet. I wanted to change the old standard sized toilet to one with an elongated seat, and this one is perfect.

This is exactly what I needed for my new bathroom. It came packaged very well and no parts were broken. It’s heavy so two people are needed to more. However it did come in two packages. Great modern, easy to clean design.

Received my new toilet pretty fast. It was well packaged in two boxes. One for the toilet and one for the tank. Installation was fairly straightforward. Similar to a regular toilet, but a little tighter space to work with due to the design of the toilet. The only negative is the included toilet seat does not stay up well when lifting it, it tries to fall down too easy. The seat is also not a standard toilet seat and took a little trial and error to install it.
