I am beyond satisfied with this purchase! I have spent weeks in search of a affordable durable air conditioner I am used to Central Air haven't had to buy or use a window/wall air conditioners in years or just lived without it in my childhood but having young children they were used to being "spoiled" with a ❄️ house during our summer days/nights. It's affordable and works phenomenal I have a 4bed/1 bath 2 leveled home with old outdated windows/fixtures and it cools my entire upstairs level (basement is finished but stays freezing lol) definitely worth it and Wayfair offers third party financing options for someone like myself who can't really afford or doesn't like to spend $300-800 all up front on an air conditioner and to top it off was set to be delivered on Tuesday was purchased Friday night and was shipped and delivered that early Sunday morning! Satisfied and happy customer! Loyal customer to Wayfair for life!

Really unhappy with Wayfair customer service right now. Ive been trying to call and talk to a rep, but each time I wait for at least 30 mins before someone picks up the line and hangs up. The screws that were sent with the 2 units I got were the wrong size and the unit was damaged. Im unable to say how it performs, because Im not able to install it.
