This air conditioner is awesome! Works as described and is quiet. House feels so cool now.

I ordered an ac until. It was delivered 3 days later that specified and when we opened it today it is scratched and used. There’s a corner bent and the box has been opened. There’s no styrofoam surrounding it. I called to ask why I received a used one and was told a new one would be sent in 4-5 days. I was told I would receive 10% off a future order. I will NEVER order anything from Wayfair again.

Wow! What a great step-up from my previous air conditioner. This is much quieter and much more powerful. Just got it going today but I've enjoyed the last few hours. It works so well.
