[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Keystone Summit 9000 BTU 400 square foot mini split AC heat pump. It is an amazing unit that provides both cooling in the summer and heat in the winter. I decide to have it installed in my shed/ workshop. I can now use my workshop any day of the year on the hottest of days and the coldest of days. Is super quiet. You don't even know it's running. Does require professional installation from an HVAC professional. Amazing unit that I would highly recommend and the description is just as described.

It take a short period of time to cool the room. Its been warmer out and have yet to test the heater but looking forward to in the cooler months

I’m excited to use the systems app to operate on a day to day basis. When running the system is quiet and quickly cools down the room. Very satisfied customer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this unit for about a week now, and so far I’ve been really happy with it. I installed it in our game room, which is around 300 square feet and for whatever reason never seemed to get quite enough air conditioning from the rest of the house. We wanted something that would actually make a noticeable difference in the room, and this definitely has. It’s been extremely hot lately, so we’ve been running the unit pretty much nonstop, and so far it has worked great with no issues whatsoever. The room gets significantly cooler, and it’s made the space much more comfortable. I originally planned on installing it myself because I’m pretty handy and was confident I could figure it out. In the end, due to a back injury I ended up having to call a handyman to install it. I did ask him about the unit though, and he had nothing but good things to say. He said the installation was very straightforward, everything was clearly laid out, and the unit comes with everything you need. He also said that if you’re someone who is pretty handy and comfortable with this type of project, you could probably handle the installation yourself. As far as the unit itself goes, it’s been quiet, cools the room quickly, and has made a very noticeable difference in a fairly large space. Obviously, I’ve only had it for about a week, so I can’t speak to long-term reliability yet, but my experience so far has been excellent. I would definitely recommend it if you need to add some serious cooling to a room that just doesn’t stay cool enough.
