Would have given this beautiful door a 5 but it came with a large long scratch on the front of the door. Customer service was great and offered a discount if I wanted to keep it. I choose to keep the door and I am very happy with my decision! I would definitely recommend this product.

When I saw this door I fell in love, so I bought for my daughter, who built her new home, but when I received it, it was damaged. I returned it and received another damage door. So, I decided to just forget about it, because it was a disappointment, and it would have been a tremendous disappointment if the third one was also damaged but, I really wanted this door for my daughters as a gift for her new home.
