I was unfamiliar with the brand, and was a little apprehensive, but it is great! We have an on-demand water heater and were unhappy with the time it would take to deliver hot water to the kitchen, but this faucet, which pulls a greater volume of water, makes all the difference in the world. I have hot water inside of 45 seconds. It would take three minutes or more with my old faucet. Looks great with my new soapstone countertops and black granite sink.
