I am a custom home contractor and bought 3 of these fixtures at the clients request a little over a year ago. They were installed roughly 4 months ago. One of the fixtures has leaking cartridges (2). I have emailed Kichae several times and attempted to call once or twice to no avail. They havent responded to my emails. Im left with some very unhappy customers who cant get their product fixed and for the last month or more Wayfare has been out of stock. Not good..... All I need are the cartridge replacements so if anyone sees this maybe you can give me some direction.
