The entire toilet trim kit was missing from the box I received even though wayfair system says the box contained the entire order. The system to try to report this is terrible. Once I was finally able to get ahold of an agent, I was simply told to call back in 4 days if it doesn’t arrive…. and go through the same process again. Hopefully I eventually get what I paid for and it doesn’t delay the project a month to do so
