The faucet is nice, but the instructions are poor, incomplete and unclear. There is a picture of parts with numbers, yet no parts list to go with it. There is no way to check that everything is there before you start. I asked customer service for more detailed and complete instructions and they were "surprised" that it was unclear. I looked at the instructions for several other models, and they send the same instructions, a generic sheet that is incomplete. I also looked on the website to see, and it is no better. Very disappointed and now angry at their dismissal of my email. It is a nice faucet, but expensive and I get the impression that Kingston Brass doesn't really care. Their website has many 1 star reviews for poor customer service. The instructions are also on their website, so you can go look before you commit to this.
