The first tub was damaged during shipping but Wayfair replaced it. I had seen the same tub a little cheaper somewhere else but bought it from Wayfair due to their excellent customer service. Love the updated look the tub gives our bathroom. I do like the step but you can’t really sit back and soak in deep water unless you sit at the other end and put your feet on the step. The finish is very shiny white and cleans well. Overall I am pleased with this purchase.

Nice sized, deep tub for a compact area. The first one we received ended up being damaged. The Kingston Brass company was not responsive, but Wayfair customer service was incredibly helpful in getting us a replacement.
