Love this shower head. I get many compliments on it. Looks like a fancy faucet you would see in a five star hotel.

Overall not excited about this. The extendable arm that comes with it does not support the head no matter how hard I tightened the screws. It also leaked at the pivot junction within the arm (not the termination to the head). I see this as a design flaw as there's no way it could be affected by the way I assembled it. I did not use the extended and instead just hooked up the head straight to my shower pipe. It's no longer as high as I wanted it (I'm a tall person).
