The towel rack comes with 8 screws and anchors, and the screws did not fit into the anchors. I discovered this after I had already drilled and hammered an anchor into the wall. I had to go to a nearby hardware store to get a new set of screws and anchors. I’m almost convinced either the wrong screws or anchors were included. It came with ok instructions, but it should have also came with a cutout sheet that will let you trace where the screws holes should go. For +$320 both of these disappointments should not have occurred, especially since Kingston lists the MSRP as +$500. If you have little to no experience with hanging up hardware on a wall, just know you’ll need patience, a couple of hours, and you may possibly have to go to the hardware store. When I finally got it hung up, I was happy to see that it looks just as pictured. I’m just frustrated with paying so much for such a hassle when other towel racks by luxury brands go for 3-5 times less.
(My gripe is 100% with Kingston and not Wayfair)
