DON'T EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM KINGSTON BRASS. I bought this faucet 4 years ago. A junction cracked due to material fatigue. My basement was flooded because the junction is inside the wall. Kingston Brass takes 3 MONTHS to send a replacement even though I told them I have only 1 bathroom. 3 months for a 10$ part that is used in almost all of their shower faucets. It is a special size that can not be bought elsewhere. This company is trash. Further to this: the diverter cartridge is broken after 5 years. This company does not have any instructions whatsoever about how to change the cartridge. It is a known fault, tons of complaints, and they still refuse to provide instructions. This is not a generic piece, most plumbers don't even know it, and it is easy to damage the replacement part in the absence of the instructions. Their customer service is rude and not helpful. Stay away from them if you want peace of mind and reliable faucets.

It's lovely, but the pole is NOT stable or reliable.

Very nice people to work with. IIt was my first time ordering very helpful

This shower mixing valve is really nice and almost all metal except the showerhead but I looks really nice and can't wait to install it.
