Haven't opened the box yet so can't say how faucet is. Received nicely by ordering online. iF I have any problem with this when I can get a plumber to install it. ( We're still in COVID mode .) ..UPDATE 3/ 2021 Installed ..nice . ALL METAL no plastic love it....

screws underneath have continually come loose rendering the unit un-usable and needed to throw away and replace.
