Not good quality, the brown looks very shiny and cheap. The hose also does not latch fully and it is always dangling down.

Awful, just awful! Faucet was shipped with a handle in the wrong color. I have now TWICE received the WRONG REPLACEMENT PART! This company just isn't serious about its products or its customers.

So disappointed in this faucet. The quality is terrible and the color is completely off - supposed to be oil rubbed bronze but is heavily copper in its undertones. I cannot use this in my kitchen because of how off it looks. And Wayfair is going to charge me to return this item because it's not damaged. I expect Wayfair to stand behind its products. We have ordered so much stuff from them for a different house and now I will have to find other places to shop as I will not order through a company who cannot guarantee the accurate descriptions of their products.
