I bought this faucet for a project and actually didn't take it out of the box for almost 2 years. When it got installed, it sprayed water everywhere because Kingston Brass didn't put the cap on the supply line for the hand sprayer (this model didn't come with a hand sprayer). Since it was past 30 days, Kingston Brass wiped their hands of the issue, when they caused it by not including all the parts. Then they wanted to charge me an exorbitant amount to buy the part they never included. Terrible service.
