This faucet looks nice, installs easily, and works pretty well for what we are using it for (laundry room sink). I don't think this would be a very good choice for a kitchen faucet, however, since the spray function only works when you press the button. As soon as you let go, it returns to the normal faucet mode (non-spray). Also, I wish the handle had options other than wood, since I don't think it goes very well with the brushed aluminum. A metal handle would be a nice option to include. Pros: Good price, installs easily, extension works well Cons: Spray mode only works while you hold down the button, no option other than wood handle.

It was as I expected it to be of good quality and easy to install. .. I love it

Very heavy duty. Looks nice with granite! I will definitely be buying again from this manufacture.

not easy to install, pull down sprayer needed some tweaking upon installation, we are right handed would be more comfortable if the handle was on the left then we wouldn't get the sleeves on the right arm soaked when we turn the faucet on, aireator is lousy. Would not recommend but it looks good

What a disappointment. In the first 3 days, the spray/stream button broke, causing the faucet to get stuck in between the two modes, sputtering back and forth. On the fourth day, the collar that holds the hose in the faucet broke, so now it dangles sadly. Then it stopped working at any volume over 10 percent of being "on." So washing dishes is now a 2-person job. My husband completed the online help form, thinking that was going to help us get support. We naively believed that the "Thanks for your message, we'll be in touch tomorrow," confirmation message. But we never heard from anyone. I had to call AllModern to request a replacement, which will be here by Thanksgiving. I hope. My old Delta faucet was ugly, but it was dependable. I really regret buying this faucet, the money I paid the plumber to install it, and most of all, having to wash my hands under a pathetic trickle of water for two weeks. Pros: The promise of modern fineness for your kitchen. Cons: The reality.
