The faucet is nicely made and went in easily. It works very well.

The kitchen faucet feels heavier and a slightly better quality than the previous version we just replaced. Both our original and new faucet are the more expensive "blackened" finish and from the same manufacturer. They look a lot alike, but our last model had the arching spout (rather than straight, like the one we just purchased) and had the black finish wear off on different sections of it in less than 3 years of use. Moreover, the original version's sprayer hose ruptured and then the built-in diverter that causes the water to go from the spout to the side spray hose failed, as well. The original model appeared to be a lemon. We are hoping this newer and more expensive, English Country Kitchen, version will be more robust and last longer.

Fits style of our cabin, but the sprayer is really hard to keep depressed when using.

Wish I could give 0 stars. I hired a plumber to put this in, but after 3 hours he gave up. The entire interior was clogged with brass debris, and the water wouldn’t flow even after he rebuilt and cleaned the faucets interior multiple times. Wayfair would only give a 50% refund on the item. So, now I’ve had to buy two faucets and have the plumber come back twice. Lesson learned - do not buy renovation items from Wayfair, go to a store that will show you the undamaged item in person and honor their commitment to providing a functioning item.

Purchased this to compliment my fireclay farmhouse sink. It's exactly what I wanted in terms of style and it's heavy and good quality. Also, I wanted something that wasn't too tall because of the plantation shutters above the sink. I was able to find a complimenting filtered cold water faucet, soap dispenser and pot filler for over the stove, all on Wayfair.
