This is a beautiful product. Much better quality then I expected. Solid, heavy and will last a lifetime. Why not a 5? 1) the wall caps that go flush against the back wall, are made of cheap material and dent easy. I had one dented. Kingston included 2 cold faucets (this for sure is on Kingston not Wayfair as likely reason for return.) The beautiful KB logo is on the back, instead of the front (???) 2)First, I bought it as "opened box" where it states that Wayfair staff inspected and product was fine". I understand I'm taking a risk and wayfair put an amazing discount on it. Expensive item for huge discount. Thx Wayfair. About your inspection team, I would hope they read "why" this was returned. If this was inspected, you would notice that both knobs are "Cold" and one is cracked. So have cold and cold. It's fine I'll fix it. I would have still purchased it knowing this so just want to mention that perhaps these this should be included on such products so customers are informed. We know it's opened and returned when we purchase it.

I purchased this in Antique Brass, which was not as golden as pictured, but rather a dark caramel color. Disappointed with the finish, which has the bad cheap look of things that mimic vintage but are not vintage.

Beautiful. Was the perfect finishing touch to our bathroom reno. We purchased the kitchen faucet to give us some wiggle room in placement with the vessel sink. We love it, great quality and finish.
