BEWARE! Don't make the same mistake I made & assume that your current shower valve or a "universal" replacement Shower Only rough-in valve will work because it won't. This trim kit #KB2637BXTSO only works with a specific Kingston Brass Shower Only rough-in valve #KB3637V which Kingston Brass does not make individually. Shamefully, Wayfair does not include that little nugget of pertinent info in the product description. So if you don't already have said valve & you purchase this trim kit, you will have to purchase a specific KB shower only valve in another finish, $90 from Wayfair, as well as a "Sleeve For Tub And Shower Faucet" in brushed brass, $53.19 from KB. Since KB doesn't offer a seperate brushed brass cross handle volume control, l had to purchase this trim kit just for the cross handle & escutcheon which match my sink faucet. I did so completely unaware that it required a specific rough-in valve that doesn't even exist. Due to unforseen renovation delays, we did not realize the valve was an issue until well after the return window. Although I did try to reach out to Wayfair in the hope that they would agree to an exchange for the more expensive set that does include the valve; considering they would have made a significant profit once I paid the difference. To my dismay, I was completely ignored, literally. So if you do need a valve, it would be cheaper to purchase item #KB2637BXSO (same numbers as this item minus the "T" which stands for "TRIM") that, oddly enough, does come complete with the valve. Other than that I can say with certainty that all of my Kingston Brass brushed brass bathroom fixtures run circles around my over-priced hunk of junk brushed gold kitchen fixtures from Moen, which aren't brass (3 yr old Moen faucet spray head just broke off & is our 3rd fixture to have the finish come off). For hardy gold/brass plumbing fixtures, I definitely recommend Kingston Brass.
